How Voice Cloning Works
Voice cloning uses advanced AI to analyze audio samples of a voice and create a digital replica. Once cloned, your custom voice can be used to narrate all your marketing videos.
The Process

Creating a Voice Clone
Step 1: Navigate to Voice Settings
Go to Settings → Voice in your dashboard, then click the "Clone Voice" button.
Step 2: Upload Audio Samples
Upload audio files containing clear speech samples. For best results:
- Use 1-3 audio files (more samples = better quality)
- Each file should be 30 seconds to 3 minutes long
- Record in a quiet environment with minimal background noise
- Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A
Step 3: Provide Consent Information
You must confirm that you have permission to clone the voice. Enter:
- •Voice Name - A name to identify this voice (e.g., "Company Voice")
- •Consent Name - Name of the person who gave permission to clone their voice
Step 4: Create the Clone
Click "Clone Voice" to start the process. Voice cloning typically takes 20-30 seconds. Once complete, your new voice will appear in your voice library.
Recording Tips for Best Results
Do
- • Speak naturally and clearly
- • Use a good quality microphone
- • Record in a quiet room
- • Include varied sentences and tones
- • Keep a consistent distance from the mic
Don't
- • Include music or background noise
- • Use recordings with multiple speakers
- • Submit very short clips (<10 seconds)
- • Use heavily processed audio
- • Whisper or shout
Managing Voice Clones
Setting a Default Voice
You can have multiple cloned voices. Set one as your default to use it automatically for all new videos. Click the star icon next to a voice to make it the default.
Switching Between Voices
In Voice Settings, you can switch between your cloned voices and the preset voice library at any time. Select "Clone" mode to use your custom voices, or "Preset" mode for the built-in voice options.
Deleting a Voice Clone
To remove a cloned voice, click the delete icon next to it in your voice list. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll need to upload new samples to recreate the voice.

Important Legal Notice
Voice cloning requires explicit consent from the voice owner. By using this feature, you confirm that:
- •You have obtained written or recorded permission from the person whose voice you are cloning
- •You will only use the cloned voice for the purposes agreed upon with the voice owner
- •You understand that misuse of voice cloning technology may have legal consequences
Cloning Your Own Voice
If you're cloning your own voice, simply enter your name in both the Voice Name and Consent Name fields. This confirms you are the voice owner.
