Scheduling Posts
Schedule your video posts to go live at the optimal time for your audience. AdFlow handles the posting automatically.
How to Schedule

Select Video
From the Videos section, click on the video you want to share.

Click Share
Click the "Share" button to open the posting dialog.

Select Platforms & Time
Choose which platforms to post to, add your caption, then select "Schedule" and pick your preferred date and time.

Confirm
Click "Schedule Post" to confirm. The post will automatically go live at the scheduled time.
Managing Scheduled Posts
- View: See all scheduled posts in the Videos section calendar view
- Edit: Change the schedule time or caption before posting
- Cancel: Remove a scheduled post before it goes live
Best Times to Post
Optimal posting times vary by platform and audience. General guidelines:
- • Instagram: 11am-1pm, 7pm-9pm (weekdays)
- • TikTok: 6pm-10pm (daily)
- • Facebook: 1pm-4pm (weekdays)
- • YouTube: 2pm-4pm (weekdays)
Times shown in local timezone. Test different times to find what works for your audience.
