AdFlow uses a credit-based system where each video generation consumes credits from your monthly allocation.
How Credits Work
1 Credit = 1 Video
Each video generation consumes one credit regardless of video length
Monthly Refresh
Credits reset on your billing date each month
No Rollover
Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period
Failed Generations Don't Count
If a video generation fails for any reason, your credit is automatically refunded. You only pay for successfully generated videos.
Subscription Management
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade:
- Additional credits are added immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
- Future invoices reflect the new plan price
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade at the end of your current billing period:
- Your current credits remain active until the billing period ends
- The new plan takes effect on your next billing date
- No refunds for unused credits in the current period
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Access continues until the end of your paid period
- Your videos and content remain accessible
- You can resubscribe at any time

Access Billing Settings
- 1Go to Settings in your dashboard
- 2Scroll to the Subscription & Billing section
- 3Click Manage Subscription to access the billing portal
From the billing portal you can update payment methods, download invoices, view billing history, and manage your subscription.
