Your content library is the central hub for all content items that can be transformed into marketing videos. Learn how to organize, manage, and optimize your content.
Content Library Overview
The Content page displays all your content items in a visual grid. Each item shows a thumbnail image, title, and quick action buttons for video generation.
Content Item Properties
Image
The primary visual for your video (JPG, PNG, WebP - min 512x512px)
Title
The name of the item, used in the video's generated script
Description
Detailed information used by AI to generate compelling voiceover scripts
Price (Optional)
Product price to be mentioned in the video if applicable
Adding Content
There are several ways to add content to your library:
Manual Upload
Upload images directly from your device. Best for one-off content or items not available on your website.

Automatically import products from your website. AdFlow scrapes product pages to extract images, titles, descriptions, and prices.

Push content programmatically via the AdFlow API. Ideal for automating content imports from your existing systems.

Selecting Items
Click the checkbox on any item to select it. Use the "Select All" option to quickly select all visible items. Selected items reveal bulk action options.
Bulk Actions:
- • Generate Videos - Create videos for all selected items
- • Delete - Remove selected items from your library
Editing Items
Click on any item to open its detail view. From there you can:
- •Update the title or description
- •Replace the image
- •Edit pricing information
- •View generated videos for this item
Filtering & Search
Use the search bar to find items by title. Filter your content to quickly locate specific items:
- •Has Video - Show only items with generated videos
- •No Video - Show items without videos yet
- •Recent - Show recently added items
Generating Videos
Create marketing videos directly from your content:

Select one or more items
Click checkboxes or use Select All for bulk generation

Click "Generate Video"

Monitor progress
Videos appear in the Videos section once processing begins
Tip: Quality Descriptions
The description field is used to generate the video's voiceover script. More detailed, natural-sounding descriptions produce better narrations.
Best Practices
Image Quality
- Use high-resolution images (1080x1080 or larger recommended)
- Ensure good lighting and clear product visibility
- Simple backgrounds work best for motion effects
Writing Descriptions
- Write naturally - the description becomes spoken narration
- Include key features, benefits, and unique selling points
- Avoid technical jargon, URLs, or special characters
